A Cougar is also known asÂ&xnbsp;Puma, Mountain Lion, orÂ&xnbsp;Panther, depending on the region.

It is the second heaviest cat in the American continent after the jaguar, although it is most closely related to smaller felines. Along with the BobcatÂ&xnbsp;and Canadian Lynx, the cougar is native to Canada.

...but what is a Cougarin?

A Cougarin is a cross between a Bengal cat and an Abyssinian. A Somali is an Abyssinian with the longhair gene, a longhaired Abyssinian so to say. A further out-cross with a Maine Coon will add a lot of size to the new breed.
