If you would like to adopt one of my Supermaines® -
you'd better have a thorough read through this:
GOING TO THE NEW HOME
- The kitten/cat is in good health when going to the new home.
- I cannot foresee if the kitten/cat is incubating something. I only guarantee that the kitten/cat was in good condition when leaving from here.
- If you are not satisfied with the kitten/cat, you can return it within 5 days of arrival to my address.
- The freight costs are up to the person purchasing or returning the kitten.
- I can only give you a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if the kitten/cat has arrived back within the 5 days' period. Freight costs excluded.
- If you decide to keep the kitten/cat, any incurring vet costs are up to the new owner then.
- If you wish to stay in business, I will then give you a replacement cat/kitten, as soon as one becomes available.
- If you wish to take the cat/kitten to the vet immediately after pick up, any incurring vet costs are up to the purchaser.
ARRIVING AT THE NEW HOME - The cat/kitten must be well looked after:
- a semi longhaired cat or a longhaired cats needs brushing and combing several times a week.
- it will need clean bedding and every day a sterilised food-bowl and fresh water.
- try to avoid stress as much as you can: e.g. bathing, loud music, screaming kids, cat shows, long car rides, etc.
- supervise children under the age of 12 years always when dealing with the cat/kitten.
GOING ON HOLIDAYS
- If the new owners go away for a longer period, they must ensure the cat/kitten is well looked after while they are away.
- The cat/kitten must not be abandoned by no means. You can always bring it back here.
SICKNESS - in good times and in bad times...
- If the kitten/cat becomes sick, it must be taken to a professional veterinarian or naturopath or homeopath.
- All incurring vet and food costs are up to the purchaser.
- If the cat/kitten has to be destroyed of any incurable disease, I will give you a replacement cat/kitten as soon as one becomes available.
- As you can read on the Pfizer Animal Health website, the
manufacturer of Felocell vaccines recommends kittens to be vaccinated at a minimum age of 12 weeks!
If a kitten becomes sick under the age of 12 weeks, as a natural reaction of the body, it will automatically build up antibodies to fight the attack.
In this case, I consider it not necessary to vaccinate, hence antibodies have already been built up naturally.
- I also want to draw attention to the mercury, antifreeze, formaldehyde and liquid aluminium that is used in vaccines as preservatives.
