FELOCELL 2 - quotation from the Pfizer Animal Health website:

Vaccination of healthy cats is advised.
Primary vaccination: Healthy cats 12 weeks and over should receive 2 doses, 3 to 4 weeks apart Kittens vaccinated at less than 12 weeks of age should receive the final dose at 12 weeks of age or older.
First annual vaccination: Healthy cats should receive a single dose administered 12 months after the completion of the primary vaccination course.
Revaccination: Revaccination with a single dose at intervals of up to 3 years is recommended for feline viral rhinotracheitis caused by feline herpesvirus-1, and feline respiratory disease caused by feline calicivirus.
Note: Felocell 3 may be substituted for Felocell RESP-2 at any stage in the above vaccination programme, for vaccination of healthy cats as an aid to preventing feline viral rhinotracheitis (FVR) caused by feline herpesvirus-1, and feline respiratory disease caused by feline calicivirus (FCV).

FELOCELL 3 - quotation from the Pfizer Animal Health website:

  • General directions: Vaccination of healthy cats is recommended. Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the sterile diluent provided, shake well, and administer 1 mL intramuscularly or subcutaneously.
  • Primary vaccination: Healthy cats 12 weeks of age or older should receive 2 doses administered 3 to 4 weeks apart. Cats vaccinated at less than 12 weeks of age should be revaccinated at 12 weeks of age.
  • This product has been shown to be efficacious in healthy animals. A protective immune response may not develop if animals are incubating an infectious disease, are malnourished or parasitized, are stressed due to shipment or environmental conditions, are otherwise immunocompromised, or if the vaccine is not administered according to label directions.
  • Vaccination of pregnant queens should be avoided. For use in cats only.

FELOCELL 4 - quotation from the Pfizer Animal Health website:

Primary vaccination: Healthy cats 12 weeks of age or older should receive 2 doses administered 3 to 4 weeks apart. Cats vaccinated at less than 12 weeks of age should be revaccinated at 12 weeks of age.

FELINE CHLAMYDOPHILOSIS - also read report from Felipedia.org

The bacterium is very fragile and cannot survive in the environment, so is transmitted by direct contact between cats. Carrier cats that don't show symptoms but harbour the bacteria in their conjunctiva can shed the bacteria in their eye discharge. The main symptom is conjunctivitis, which is due to inflammation of the conjunctiva, the membrane lining the inside of the eyelid. This is invariably associated with an eye discharge. Usually only one eye is affected

Other common symptoms include:
Coughing and/or difficulty breathing
Runny nose (rhinitis) and/or sneezing
Pneumonia(in young kittens 2 to 4 weeks old; which may potentially be fatal)
Fever(may occur as the disease progresses)
Anorexia(loss of appetite; may occur as the disease progresses)
Diagnosis is usually based on clinical symptoms, as well as the cat's medical history.
If left untreated, the infection may become chronic, lasting several weeks or months.
